What to Expect at Movement

When you visit us at Movement Church, you can expect a casual atmosphere. You don’t have to dress up, you’ll find people wearing what they feel comfortable in with no judgement from anyone. We do our best to preach from God’s word, with biblical, challenging, and timely teaching. Our worship is modern with a band, but definitely not a concert vibe. More than anything, our people are welcoming and friendly. You will see people from all walks of life and probably make a friend your first day if you’re looking for one! Our Movement Kids Ministry is a favorite! We have nursery through 5th grade on Sunday Am and a great Middle and High School group that meets on Sunday PM. Make plans to join us this Sunday!

We meet at 1364 Benson Rd. Garner, NC 27529.

We meet in the back of the Garner Church of Christ Campus. Follow our signs and volunteer guidance to the back for parking and entrance!

Movement Kids

We have dedicated volunteers ready to help your kids move closer to God while you do as well! You can check them in at our Check In Area, which is located just inside our main worship space, to the left. Nursery aged children are welcome to go straight to class, but our older kids spend the first few minutes of service with us worshiping together. We have a brief dismissal time where their teachers take them to class. They have a great time and grow closer to Jesus! Our volunteers are background checked and our classes are neat and clean! You then pick up your kids with a matching check in sticker after service. A matching sticker to your child’s sticker is required to pick them up.

Try 5!

We know it’s difficult to find a church home to belong to. So we ask you to Try 5 Sundays with us. We believe that if you give us 5 Sundays, you will find Movement is a place you can call home, like so many of us have too! So fill out a Connect Card on paper or online and let us know what week you are on. For every first and second time card you turn in, we donate to a local organization or ministry and with that second card, we give you a gift to take home too!
